Full Roller Layout???

I need a recommendation for a layout.  I haven't had much success with layouts for full rollers using asymmetric balls.  In fact, we choose to shy away from them for full rollers and stick with symmetric balls.

Okay, here is the story.  A lady walks in yesterday with a Cell Pearl.  I took one look at the layout and couldn't believe my eyes.  The mass bias was above her middle finger at 11 o'clock about 3/4 inch.  That put the pin almost 7 inches above her middle finger following the same line.  The fingers were drilled almost 3 inches deep and there was a weight hole 1 inch in diameter, 3 inches deep barely above the cg.  Upon weighing the ball, I was surprised to see it was legal in the finger weight, but the side weight was 1 1/4 oz.  Add to that, the ball was 1/4 shorter than her other stuff.  YIKES!!!

Now, is that really a recommended layout for a full roller???  Also, what the heck do you think I should do with this ball???  I am at a loss right now.  Any help would be appreciated.  Questions???  Ask away.

Full roller layouts, with asymmetrical core balls, place the mass bias above the fingers, at 12 o'clock for a strong position. Adjusting flare moves the pin from the center of the grip, in the 7:30 position. Pins closer to the center of the grip react similar to pins farther from the PAP. Thus pins farther away from the grip center react similar to pins closer to the PAP.
As far as weight holes, they are generally placed in the finger/positive quadrant, to avoid flare.
As far as what to do, first I would fix the grip, so it fits. Secondly, I would ask how the ball rolls and go from there.

There is one other full roller layout that can be used.

Draw a line from the pin to the mass bias. Everything will be placed on a 45 degree line or 1:30 from grip center-right of the ring finger.

Place the pin at 10 1/8" from grip center on the 1:30 line. The mass bias will be on this line back towards the grip center. Place a weight hole at 6 3/4" on this same line. Weigh and make sure the ball is legal.

Thanks Rico.  I appreciate it.  I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the layout.  So, if I read you correctly, the pin will be in a normal position for a full roller as it would be drilling a symmetrical ball???  I think I will try that for her if it doesn't roll well after we redrill it.  

I used to have some full roller layouts for asymmetrics from Billy Orlikowski, but can't find them.  The two you suggested sounds like what he explained to me.
