Title: Extra hole pitch?

Hi guys just hoping for some information regarding the maximum diameter an extra hole in a ball can be with pitch on it, I'm sure i have read its 1 1/8th but i'm not 100%.

If anyone can shed some light on the matter i would be most grateful.

Maximum pitched hole size is now 1 1/4". It was changed by USBC last year.
