I am considering a five hole grip due to weak hands and weak wrist and some arthritis in fingers. Already down to 14# from 16# for many years and 15# for many years. 14# hellps a lot. But when bowl a lot of games or bowl long tournment or several days in a row, have trouble with wrist and fingers, weakness, stiffness.
I use a wrist device-mongoose. I have tried pinky finger hole with mixed results.
Does anyone ever use a hole for all fingers and thumb? any thoughts or experiences
