He has plenty of side roll, and too much tilt for the modern game. His tilt is way too high.
11 to 14 degrees of tilt is a very good benchmark starting point release.
If those stats you posted are correct.
50 degrees of axis rotation is plenty on the side of the ball. I think his issue is his higher tilt numbers.
Get the ball to read the lane earlier and not sharper. Play the lane from front to back instead of side to side.
I think with a weaker and sharper ball, your going to get larger entry angles and stranger spare leaves, along with 10 pins. Angularity is good, and its bad. With 30 degrees of tilt, the sharper angular ball might be a nightmare.
