Title: Finger holes coming together?
Post by: cooksey on April 14, 2005, 01:56:38 PM
Hey all I have a ball that the finger holes meet about half way down. Can I just plug the holes and redrill them si=o that they are right or do I have to bust the bridge out? Any help appreciated.

Thanks, cooksey

What I would do is have a pro shop "FLOAT" the fingers with plug. What this means is that they can fill the finger holes and not exceed the surface of the ball. This way you can drill directly back through the plug and not have the finger holes meet on the bottom this time. As Greg mentioned, odds are that you will have to change the lateral pitches in the fingers.
