I have question:

I like my finger inserts very snug(nobody likes a sloppy hole).  I have a problem when warm weather comes around or it is hot in the center, I have to cram my fingers into the holes.  

My driller uses the Vise inserts, he even has half sizes.  I like these very much, the tenth frames are good too, the turbos suck.  I have tried drilling the holes one size smaller with bigger inserts and drilling the holes bigger with smaller inserts.  No luck...what about drilling them larger with the same inserts??

What can I do to keep the inserts tight and still have the room to expand in the summer/warm times?
