Finger taping video
« on: October 14, 2018, 01:01:45 AM »
I'm still working on the knuckle sprain issue (arthritis/injury/who knows...) Trying to tape it up until I can get to a hand doctor. My span has been adjusted, and I think the source problem is resolved (I hope), but now I either have to stop bowling or tape it up until the injury is resolved as well.

I'm absolutely sure I saw a video on YouTube in the past that showed different PBA bowlers and how they tape their fingers... many different methods and options. I can't find it now, and have tried every search term I can think of. Anyone know what video I'm referring to and where to find it?
Thanks in advance

The video you're thinking of was by Turbo, they had Mika, Mike Fagan, CDB etc demonstrate their taping. Mika used pink scissors, Fagan drew faces on his interchangable thumb.

I'm not sure why they removed it, but it was at least a year ago, I was looking for it as well.

Try looking at some of the Jujitsu videos. Their fingers are always getting sprained.

Hi John, and thanks. I noticed that while I was searching YouTube. I'm going to try it today. Not sure the finger flexibility will be sufficient, but we'll see...

I hurt my ring finger last year and did the tape method of using the baby finger as a brace. it helped.
