Title: Full Roller layout
Post by: smitty8288 on November 03, 2008, 06:52:51 AM
I am having trouble with taming the backends on the dryer conditions. I have a jolt that I have polished and drilled straight up. I was told that putting a full roller layout to a ball would create negative weight and help give the reaction shape of something I desire. I was just wondering if this was true or is there a better layout that i should be considering.

Thanks in advance

It probably would help, but you may roll over the thumb.IMHO a better solution  would be to layout a ball with a 1 to 1 1/2" pin to pap.And go the other way on surface:No polish,2000 or 4000 abralon. The surface will cause the ball to start up sooner and backend less. The layout will help the ball to roll sooner, backend less, and flare less.
