Title: Gripping hole for the index finger

Every now and then I can feel myself lifting with my index finger.  I don't know if it makes the ball roll any better or worse but it does hurt sometimes.  i know a lot of people that have extra gripping holes have one for the pinky.  Does anyone know of balls drilled that have a gripping hole for the index finger and any pros or cons?
