Hand span Measurements
« on: April 02, 2008, 10:43:16 AM »
Ok, im right handed, I awlays thaught that the distance from thumb whole to Middle finger was suposed to be longer then the distance from thumb to ring finger... For example.

My span

4 13/16 - thumb to middle
4 7/8  - thumb to ring

Now I was looking on brunswickinsiders.com and noticed this...
Sean Swanson
4 inches from - thumb to middle
3 7/8 from thumb to ring...

Why is his thumb to ring distance shorter then thumb to middle...

Why do you want a longer ring finger span than the middle finger?

Because, assuming you're human, and relatively normal your thumb sits on the side of the hand closest to your middle finger, so the distance between your thumb and each finger will probably be different, with your ring finger longer.
