Title: has anybody heard of.......
Post by: bucsfan713 on May 30, 2007, 03:28:30 AM
The Morich drilling?  I belive this is what my pro shop owner called it.  I am a full roller and this is how he drilled my ball.  He used a particular name for it.  Instead of the pin being down to the right of my thumb, it is more on the other side of the ball.  He said it is the most aggressive drilling for a full roller.  Does anybody know more about this drilling?

I BELIEVE that the first drilling sheet this layout was put on was the 3d hammers.

I have drilled a couple of these for full rollers and they get more movement with this equipment than they have with anything else they have used. Do not be afraid of the layout.......in talking with Mo he still suggests drilling full rollers with this layout.

I am definitely not afraid of the layout.   I had a bigone drilled with pin to lower left of thumb(normal for full roller) and I could barely get any movement out of it.  Then we plugged it and redrilled it to this new way, now it has about 15 more boards on the backend.  I love it, it's just hard finding balls with a lower topweight so that I don't need a huge weighthole.
