Question on how my ball is layed out

i have a storm too hot and i need someone to help me on this layout and etc.

The pin is set under the ring finger with the cg down and right of it weight hole is kicked a couple inches

its twirling on its right side stariaght and no hook no hitting power i have sanded it polished buffed it , rejuvenation , it still dosent a damn thing

AM not A CHICK OF BOWLING but I wanted to be in Manda's clique And why would I "saw" pins in half, THATS A WASTE OF PINS! I'd rather blow it over with my storm, and 21mph ball speed on dry shots.

I have a very similar layout on my jungle green, and it hooks just fine, you may just need to plug and redrill it. If that doesnt work, because some drills just dont fit your style, if a new drill doesnt work I'd have to say your a spinner
