Title: Have you ever seen this drilling?

Hello everyone, I am getting a used ball from someone and it has a drilling on it I am not familiar with(not that I am familiar with many). I am curious to see if any of you have seen or used it before and if  so what can I expect if I were to just move the thumb hole to fit my span. I am a stroker with a high track. Pm me with an email address and I will send you a pic of the ball and you can post your opinions here or message me with your thoughts. As always any help is greatly appreciated.
