Help With G Force Solid Layout
« on: May 01, 2007, 12:16:23 PM »
Hey guys got my G Force in the mail today i ordered a 3-4 inch pin but i got a 2-3 inch pin. I want to put the pin above the bridge, centered right above the fingers. The balls specs are Starting weight is 15 lbs 2 oz. Top Weight is 3 oz and the pin is 2-3 inches. My Span is larger its 5 by 5 1/16 with grips and slug so thats the thing that worries me. Here are some pics of the ball if you guys could help me out and let me know what my options are and if my desired layout is still possible

You can lay it out as you want.  First, as the Lane 1 instructions say, confirm the cg location.  Estimate from the cg location in relation to the midline with your layout what the ending finger weight will be.  Then drill the thumb as shallow as possible and the finger holes deep enough to get the finger weight legal.  If it still comes out illegal, add a balance hole.  --  JohnP
