Hey guys I just bought a MoRich Colossus Supreme and I am trying to decide on what drilling pattern I will use on the ball.  I have only bowled for about a year and I only carry a 160 average.  I throw the ball about 14-15 mph and I play the second arrow.  The lanes I bowl on are med-heavly oiled.  I am currently playing with the Track Freak and it just doesn't hook enough for me.  Thanks for the help.

Just so you know, if you have not kept the Freak clean it will lose some reaction. You have to clean it alot. Same with the Supreme. In box condition there really is not much of a difference in overall hook between those 2 balls. Try to sand your freak down to about 600 grit with a green scotchbrite pad.
Have the Supreme drilled with the pin 3 3/8in -4 inches away from your PAP. Have the CG located about 1 inch out from your center of grip. The mass bias should be to the right of the thumb no further than 2 inces.

goodluck

Well odds are that playing second arrow, and throws the ball 14-15mph he has a weaker hand and not much turn on the ball. He is a newer bowler so he probably does not know alot of the stuff you are asking. On top of that being new to the game, then he probably does not know enough to clean the ball regularly, so the Freak is probably saturated with oil right now.

Sometimes there is over informing someone. Not saying you are not taking the correct route, because you are. If he knew most of the stuff you mentioned he would have told us. Odds are he is looking for a rough idea, then he will take that information to his pro shop operator that will say if that layou will or will not be good for him or his game.
