So here's the problem,
I'm right handed and experiencing pretty horrible pain on the thumb side of my wrist and the webbing between the thumb and pointer finger. My spand has not changed. It feels like all of the weight of the ball in my back swing, is hanging on my thumb. This is causing me to grab, and the pain.
Can anyone give me suggestions. Pitch changes, spand changes, anything at this point would be greatly appreciated.

Too many variables...could be wrong weight, span could be too long or too short, pitch angles could be causing improper delay at the release or a combination of these plus improper timing can effect strain at the release

If someone in your area does Tri-Grip give it a try. I used to have issues with pain in my wrist and ever since I switched I haven't had any pain.

A proper fit will accomplish no matter what it's called

Sometimes I get a slight pain (twinge) in the thumb area. What I have to keep in mind is I am not trying to do something with the ball that makes me position my hand differently in the ball.
Your drilling is based on a physiological position of the hand in the ball. For me, I sometimes try to torque my hand in the ball to get a little extra or to change rotation. My ball wasn't drilled specifically for this and thus I can get a little pain. When this happens, I have to get back to basics, put my hand in the ball the way it was intended and the pain will go away (usually).
Also, I find it necessary to get my grip checked periodically. As I get older, things like flexibility change dramatically causing issues with release and perhaps extra discomfort.

You may just want to check the overall fit. If there is too much forward/reverse pitch or of the span is off slightly, it can cause the issues you're mentioning.

This could be you are over cupping the wrist on the back swing which put a lot of tension in your wrist going against the gravity, but then again there are too many variables(Just Rico) to get a proper diagnosis, could be the ball is getting too heavy, less flexibility in hand causing improper ball fit, swing off line, improper timing.
