okay guys see if you can help me out, my span is 4 3/8 on both fingers and the finger pitches are 1/8 reverse on both and thumb pitch is 1/4 reverse 1/8 right. ideas how to change some pitches to make my release cleaner or quicker?
i have no problem with coming out of the ball but i think if i change a pitch or something i could get more hand into the ball or get off faster or change the axis rotation to be more reliable

With shorter spans you need to watch the reverse because it will lead to squeezing. I have long fingers with a normal 4 7/16 span, but I use a 4 3/8 on the middle and 4 1/2 on the ring with 3/16 forward and 3/16 under. This shorter span with forward pitch allows for a very relaxed hand and no squeezing. If you are squeezing the ball with your thumb it can cause you to not come out of it clean and also inconsistantly. I would see a coach before you make any pitch changes to make sure your not squeezing it.

I would leave the fingers the way they are and then for the thumb for a quicker release try going with 0,0. Then try adjusting the thumb with some reverse and away as needed.
Mine is 1/2 reverse and 1/4 away. Keep your hand relaxed and it will come off much easier.
