I read a post about narrow bridge & it renewed my interest in accomplishing this. At the present time I use vaccu-grips & my bridge from inside grip to inside grip is 9/16". I feel this is too wide & I can tell my ring finger does things after my middle finger exits. Any suggestions on how to get a narrow bridge without not using grips. I don't mind not using vaccu, but would like to continue using inserts. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Also, I think it was Deadbait suggested drilling out the bridge & gluing the grips together. When doing this Would the little tip at top & bottom center be prone to cracking or breaking off?

OK, I took one of my balls to the pro shop & had it plugged & redrilled. I killed 2 birds as I had it laid out pin axis which I've been wanting to do, & had the bridge drilled out gluing the 2 grips together as suggested by deadbait. I now have a 3/16 bridge instead of 9/16 & even though I haven't bowled with it yet, it feels great & I know I'm going to like it. I asked my pro shop guy why he hadn't ever done that for me, & he said "Because you didn't ask". Thanks for the suggestions.

I like it! I am not going to change any of my existing balls, but all of my new ones will have the fingers drilled that way!
