Hook-Stop layout

wondering what layout would be good for a hook and stop reaction...i throw about 19 mph rev rate about 300 and pap is 4.5 over .5 down. Thanks

i have a blue vibe thats something like 35x2x30 and it is early smooth and nothing on the back.
