How to determine the RG of a drilled ball?
« on: October 07, 2015, 03:32:29 PM »
Somewhere I recently saw a fairly simple formula that let you determine the actual RG of a ball after it has been drilled.  Anyone know what the formula is or where I can find it again?  I'm looking to compare the RG of the balls I do good with to the ones I don't, and see what the correlation is, if any.

If you know the high and low rg of the ball, you can figure out the final RG based on the pin position.  This isn't going to take into account the change from the finger holes though.
