My older asym drilled 50 x 5 x 40 pin high above bridge (higher tilt and rotation release) was too strong for most house shots and worked well only a few conditions.  I play very few tourneys so I am looking to make my next asym fit a medium to higher oil house shot a little better - more versatile.  What dual angle layout is good for this?  Thanks!

Going to depend on the coverstock of the ball. Not all coverstocks are the same and not all asymmetric cores are the same.

Pin to pap, weight hole locations, surface tweaks. Lot easier to consider ideas when you have a specific ball for a specific bowler. Having a 50 x 5 x 40 layout on 5 different asymmetric bowling balls can have different results depending on the ball and it's designed characteristics.

Same layout on a different ball will likely have different results....adjusting surface on the previous ball in question or adding a weight hole could also change the reaction to make it more user friendly on normal house shots. Knowing the previous ball and the future replacement would be helpful.

Personally, on a house shot, I prefer the MB either in of left of thumb (RH), and adjust the pin height to match the amount of move off the spot I want. I also don't like super high intermediate diffs on house shots.
