how would you layout a ball for a guy that bowls with 1 finger in the ball (uses 2 for spares), no thumb and tracks above the finger holes (the whole track is above the fingers, not just the bow tie)?

It hooks JohnP.  was thinking a standard layout, just moving the fingers toward grip center and keeping statics within limits and staying away from x holes.

I'd pick a pin to PAP distance to determine the flare, then place the cg close to the finger hole to keep the static weights legal.  It would be good to lay a practice ball out the way you decide so you can see what pin out you need to ask for.  --  JohnP
