Define reverse in fingers. To me 5/8 reverse is toward the thumb. In todays game where you don't want to lift on the ball, what are you trying to accomplish?
I would adjust it +1/16th in each finger

(away from your thumb/center of grip)forward pitch is towards your palm. (toward your thumb/center of grip)So Pitch toward the thumb would be forward pitch.

What about left and right on the thumb? For me as a left hander, right is away from center. It's looking at the ball from the top, yes?
I hate to sound dense, but to clarify... For a left hander, looking down from the top of the ball at your layout, right lateral = away from center, Yes?
