what is pro pin?

I found some great looking balls at good price, but they describe them as
"pro pin" ball could anyone please explain this to me.  when are they useful.

Blems.  Pin is usually 3" (+/- an inch.)  Pro pins can be up to 6" (or more).

Pro Pins are NOT blems!  They're made with long pins on purpose!  Mostly for pros on tour!  There are exotic drills you can do with a LONG pin that you can't do for anything shorter!
