Stacked Leverage Layout

What is the significance in this layout? I think the pin and cg are the same distance from the pap in this layout. I figure there is a reason why it's called STACKED leverage layout. Thanks in advance.

It's called stacked because the pin is "stacked", or located, right above the cg.  --  JohnP

Beyond that, the "leverage" part indicates that the pin/core is in the stongest/most unstable position possible (= most flare), which is half way between the PAP and its 90° vertical axis. Projected on the ball surface, this means a 3 3/8" pin-to-PAP distance.
