Help with a Dual angle layout
« on: March 31, 2008, 01:27:42 PM »
Good evening to all,
I have a Legends WCR with a 3 5/8 pin and I was trying to layout it with a dual angle drilling on med oil house shot. My PAP is 5 11/16 rt and 7/8 up.
Ball speed about 15 1/2. Any suggestions please?

Dual angle layouts are more appropriate for asymmetrical balls...

But you haven't given enough information for me to give you a suggestion...

quote:
Smaller angle sums should always be used for:
*   Speed dominant players
*   Higher axis tilt players
*   Longer oil patterns
*   Higher volumes of oil on the lane

Larger angle sums should always be used for:
*   Rev dominant players
*   Lower axis tilt players
*   Shorter oil patterns
*   Lower volumes of oil on the lane
