I wanted to know what the finger size is when on the slugs i see the numbers 49 47:

Do you mean finger "grips"?  If so, that would be in 64ths....49/64 and 47/64.  A touch under 25/32 and 3/4, in Vise Power/Oval grip numbers, that would also be known as 6 1/2 and 5 1/2.
