I know it seems vague, with there being several versions of "White" and different lane surface types, etc.......But which drill pattern and/or surface prep is currently working for you on this pattern?

Our house adopted the 39' White pattern on Brunswick Synthetics.  I have had good success so far using the following:  

L/M Ultimate Power: Drilled Rico/Box Condition
L/M Buzz: Pin above bridge, facatory polished, no w/h
L/M Hornet: Pin above bridge, factory polished, no w/h
