Title: Layout suggestions/opinions

I posted this in the Columbia section but it may be more relevant here.
Just picked up a new Momentum, Rival, and Dead Flush. Already have a Resurgence drilled 4 1/2" (pin in ring) 20* cg (mb) angle. My specs are in my profile. How would you drill the other 3 to compliment each other over a wide range of patterns, or would you drill these to be pattern specific.  Feel free to check my profile for specs and current balls.

My thoughts for layouts:
Dead Flush - 4x4 1" val buffer
Rival - 4 1/2 x 5 1/2" 2" buffer
Momentum - 6x5" 3" buffer

What about the RICO (would be 5 3/8 pin-pap for me) on the Rival?
