Has anybody used any of the "non-standard" (other than the quarter scale and pro sect) tools on the page?

The Spyder looks interesting.

In my opinion, the best tool on that page is the Tri-Roller.  No more scratching new balls will old ball cups. Well worth the price.

Ive used the Precision Edge Guage. All you do is put in the specs into the gauge, lay it onto the ball, and trace the gauge itself and you have your lines. Do i like it, no not really. It is simple, but i prefer to use a quaterscale.

I used the ball compass and the axis reversing tools when I attended the two day Powerhouse training class.  They are both great tools, but for no more balls than I drill they just aren't affordable.  If I were drilling a lot of high end balls, I would definitely get the axis reversing tool.  No more than I use a compass the high school geometry type works fine.  --  JohnP
