same ball different drilling

If I take two balls the same and drill one pin under ring and swing the cg out and drill the second one pin over middle and swing the cg out the same angle! What would be the reaction of the second one compared to the first assuming surface was the same on both balls.

The ball with the pin above would give you a little more length and be more angular.  

If the balls have high diff. then you will see a big difference compared to balls with low diff.

Yeah I knew that chitown but im wondering how many more ft in lenght and how many boards stronger on the backend would the second ball be.

assuming you mean middle finger, that would be a big difference because the pap distances would be nearly an inch maybe.

It would depend on the strength of the core and cover.
You could see as much as 5 feet with a stronger core and weaker cover or as little as a few inches with a weaker core and stronger cover.
A better way to describe it instead of length and backend would be ball position at the head pin. I would think that the difference would be about 2 boards all other things being equal. In other words the under may be be a bit high leaving chances for a 4 or 4-9 while the over would be a touch light.
The main difference you would see though is carry if the under was leaving flat tens the over should be just right and vise versa.
This is what many of the pros look for, they will switch layouts instead of balls at times to carry the corners better.

there are far too many factors involved to give anything close to a real-world estimate. Basically the "pin high" ball is used for/requires less oil and is for deepr inside lines. One does this to be able to use the same ball for 2 oil amounts: one heavier and one lighter.

The actual difference could be 1 foot or it could be 10 feet. It depends on the coverstock, the surface grit, the core type, the core's RG and differential, the bowler's release, PAP, tilt, ball speed, the oil pattern, etc.
