Ok, title says most of it, I have 2 undrilled balls here (Inferno and Throttle eXcelerator) and am FINALLY going to drill them up! But I dont know what kind of pin positions and such i would need (I could ask pro shop, but I want a little insight before i go).
First ball reaction I'm looking for is really low flaring and real smooth (want to use this on the Inferno)
Second ball reaction has to be high flaring and have a drastic change in direction.
Any help is appreciated.

popular smooth layouts...rico drilling (pin in center of grip-cant do it myself cause i track high) label drill is also a nice one (pin next to ring, cg in palm) my personal favorite is cg on pap and pin 4 inches away (zero degree layout) worked will for me being a high tracker, but im assuming ur not
flip layouts i would do any type of stacked layout pin and cg in align, 4 pin from pap and cg stacked underneither i like alot, 3 3/8 pin from pap gives u the most flare
surface prep will also be critical to ur rxn

Maybe a 315 on the inferno.

Typical low flaring pin posiitons are pin on axis & pin in track.
Pin in track (or very near track) has more length.
Pin on axis is VERY early.
Both are real smooth.
Pin in/near track + smooth - place pin to the track side at or under the middle finger.
pin on axis - self explanatory (place pin level or barely above the PAP's level, within 1" of the PAP. Weigh thole on or very close to the PAP.

Second ball reaction has to be high flaring and have a drastic change in direction.
Place pin 3.5 - 4" from PAP, but above the level of the ring finger. (3.5" above the midline)
Place MB 3.5-4" from PAP.
Place weight hole 6 3/4" from grip center thru CG.
That should max out just about everything.
If you pick the right surface for the oil amount/pattern, it should flip like a Banshee from hell.
In turn, I have 2 questions:
1. Why, in heaven's name, do you want such drastic extremes?
2. FYI these are classic layouts available anywhere, but few people use them. Why ask here?
