What is the name of this tool?

After you set the thumb slug in the hole of the ball it sticks up.  What is the saw tool used to cut the slug flush with the surface of the ball?  I've looked through various sites and cant find the tool im looking for.

It's called a plug cutter/trimmer.. Turbo 2N1 Grips and Jayhawk make good ones..
