Is there a way to drill a ball to take advantage of two PAP's?

I can throw the ball 2 different ways and both have a different PAP. Is there a way to drill a ball to take advantage of both of these styles? The PAP arn't that for off though.

To be honest, not that many bowlers are consistent enough that their PAP doesn't change from shot to shot.  Then you factor in the ones who can change their axis rotation and tilt at will, changing their PAP even more.

My suggestion:  Don't worry about it.  Chances are, whatever you are doing different physically in your two releases will be more important than the pin-PAP difference.  Especially if it's as you say where they aren't far off from each other...

While I'm no expert in the field of drilling, but like A_ak57 said, with just a change in release, you can get a totally different reaction. Add a little tilt and it will get the down the lane easier. Add rotation, more backend.

Those two PAPs for you are relatively close together so it shouldn't make too much of a difference.
