Help, quick question...
« on: May 14, 2009, 02:39:13 AM »
Hello folks, need help concerning a layout. In general what type of roll or reaction if the ball has this type of layout. The pin directly above the bridge, the CG in the center line and the MB directly below the thumb. The pin/cg/MB are in a straight line.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the input rod22875, I asked in general but my PAP would be about 5 1/2 and 1 1/4 up. I'm more concerned with the MB under and directly under the thumb which I have never drilled or used before.

Edward,

Given your pap, doesn't that put the MB quite a bit closer to your track than the pin?

If so, that would tend to give me a strong rolling, arcish type reaction with good length from the higher pin.  One thing, having the MB close ( or IN ) any hole only STRENGTHENS the MB.

here are the pics I saved from it before they changed the webpage and I could still get them:

+1, Juggernaut saved me from some typing. I've seen jbruno6's equipment with this type of drilling (Solid LevRG) and it is archy but with energy retention in the back end.

Thanks for the input again guys. I appreciate it unfortunately I won't be getting the ball with this layout.  But it's good to know what this layout will do.

Thanks!!!
