Virtual Energy layout help
« on: July 21, 2009, 09:18:57 PM »
I'm looking for help laying out a VE to compliment my VG. My VG has the pin under the fingers 5" from my PAP and the MB 2" from my thumb. My rev rate is around 300 and my speed is approx. 18 MPH according to my CATS test. The VG is at box scuffed to 2000 abrelon. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
Joe Tremper

What do you want the ball to do?

If you want it to have a similar shape but make it's move later you could lay them out the same.  The coverstock will make the two balls different, but core orientation being the same will keep the shape down the lane pretty similar.

Hey Joe,

This is off topic, but great bowling in that tourney this past weekend! I thought you had the best look of anybody out there! I also thought you were going to take Kenny down. Too bad didn't quite work out that way.

Thanks Jesse. But I'm not sure anyone could have beat Kenny on that pair. He was absolutely locked in. I was impressed. I didn't see a 260 look and he did it twice.
