Ball for a LH'er...
« on: April 20, 2008, 03:03:28 PM »
So, my wife has finally decided that she wants her own ball.  She is a lefty.  My question, as I've never really thought about it nor do I know that answer, is:  do I have to look for anything special when buying her a ball?  I might buy her a new ball or might buy a used ball.  We are looking for an entry-level/mid-performance ball.  There HAS to be something different for a ball to set up for a LH'er vs. a RH'er...doesn't there?  Wouldn't your MB need to be LEFT of the thumb for a lefty?  I just can't envision how my balls could work for her.  Maybe I just don't understand!

any ball can be drilled for a lefty.  your local pro shop will be able to help you.  Get a Hammer Vibe, or Columbia Scout, Ebonite Tornado, those are pretty entry level.  She might like the tropical storm balls.
