How do you or is there a way to adjust after applying dual angle and realizing that a portion of the pin will be drilled or end up with fingers very close to the pin?

example, i laid out 40x4x60 on a ball and the pin would have been half drilled out by my ring finger.  so moved everything down about 1/2 inch and now the dual angle is 50x5x60.  probably not a huge difference in ball motion but a difference nonetheless
