Title: MB location?

For ebonite's. They say to place the MB by %(0,45,90) 45% from what to what? Where do you start and where do you finish?

Are you sure it's not 0*, 45*, or 90* (degrees)?  Draw a line from the PAP to the pin to the MB, that angle is what they're talking about.
