What would be the difference in reaction between these two layouts?

I am thinking they would be pretty much the same. My reasoning is that they have the same pin to pap distance and the same MB drill angle(or mb to PAP distance)..Even though the pin is below the fingers , (creating a larger VAL angle) the extra weighthole would raise the rg and make it closer to the one with the pin by the VAL.

Any thoughts??
