I have a pin-in ball to drill full-roller.

Are there any other options besides pin/cg in (or very close to) the center of grip?

Have you confirmed the cg location?  And does the ball have a dynamic core?If both answers are yes, I would locate the pin about 3" from grip center and at 7:30 from grip center (standard full roller layout for a rightie) and use a balance hole to get the weights right.  --  JohnP
