I think it's hard to generalize about this situation. I've seen many older bowlers, male and female, who used to average 190- 220, who now throw the ball between 8 and 10 mph. They have different rev rates, tilt and rotation and they bowl on different amounts of oil.
These factors determine the type of ball and the drilling. Most, however, due to their low speed will use polished balls and will use balls 1 - 2 steps weaker for an amount of oil than normal speed/rev rate bowlers will use. That is, they'll use a Cyclone when a regular bowler will use a Gamebreaker; they'll use a Rhino, where a regular bowler will use an Edge or a Fanatic SS.
