Actually they work very well in asymmetric cores, very early and strong rolling, I have one in the original Twisted and it works very well. I would use the MB not the cg to draw your lines. By the looks of your vid, this layout, in this ball might be a little condition specific for you. I'm assuming you want it for higher volume patterns? If that is the case this ball will work very well as long as you don't open up your angles too much. If your worried anout the statics, as far as your balance hole is concerned drill your middle finger deep (3") to give you a little more starting side weight.
