Title: Need drilling technique for imitating vacu grips with regular grips

I had this technique done at nationals now my driller is trying to duplicate this but we dont have the ball to go off of anybody know how to do this step by step or know where i can find it.  I stumbled  upon it months ago when it didnt concern me now that it does I cant find it help.... thank you

try putting a firm tape around the bottom of the grips can be black tape for cables that cheap roll  and sand a lil the top of the hole...this works great in my proshop
