I need some help I layed out a Impulse Zone for a customer yesterday but the ball is cliping the Thumb hole. the layout is 3" PAD X 5 1/2 MBD and 2 3/4 above the midline, after drilling it had 2 oz side and 1.5 top I had target weight the hole 2.75 through the CG with a 7/8 bit 3" deep. the player profile is
tilt 8
rotation 45
speed 18mph
rev rate 275
PAP 5 1/8 over 1/2 up
I'm just tring to figure why the ball is flaring backards or why the the track has moved closer to the thumb hole.

where is your MB marking in relation to his center line? is it to the left or the right or under his thumb?
it sounds like maybe the mb is on the left side of his grip.
this makes the ball clip the holes sometimes.
other thoughts, pitching changes have made him hold onto the ball differently?

The MB is low and about 1/2 right of the thumb. I thinking it maybe the Target Hole being 7/8 and 3" deep? I may have to replaced this one?

how far is the weight hole from the cg?
2.75 inches away from cg means how far from center of grip.
