Perfect-a-Grip?
« on: May 20, 2005, 04:15:51 PM »
An old friend of mine, Arnie Goldman, invented and patented this device.
It makes your grip interchangeable and fully indexable, which gives the bowler, the ability to change ball roll, through change of pitches.

Has anyone tried the Perfect-a-Grip?

I contacted Arnie, he said there are a few drillers in Detroit that carry the Pefectagrip. There were 2 in the Chicagoland area.

I'm thinking of trying his system.

It's an indexable and adjustable gripping system.
You  loosen a set screw, change pitches in fingers and thumb.
You can change spans by up to 1/4".
This grip will help change ball roll and finish, to combat difficult lane conditions.
Arnie Goldman, (the inventor of the Perfectagrip) won one of the $100,000 Las Vegas Mini-eliminator tourneys using the grip.

He used 2 different balls, on a pair, and changed grip pitches in the 10th to win the tournament.

I think there's a list of users on the web site. Ernie Schlegel won a PBA tourney first time he used it.
