Ball track thru engraving
« on: December 01, 2006, 09:34:06 PM »
Hi. I'm laying out a ball with the pin close to the PAP and it ends up putting the track thru some engraving on the ball. Will this hurt anything?

Thanks
Dick

No it will not have any effect on the ball

The engraving on a ball will not at all affect the track or roll of a bowling ball. IF u take a bowling ball and throw it on wood lanes, after a while you will get a pretty nifty track. That track is prob no deeeper than the engraving on the ball, and you can use tracked balls.
