Title: Pin Buffer to Dual Angle conversion

I have been drilling balls for a few months now and was wondering if anyone has, or knows where I can get a chart which shows how Pin Buffer measurements convert to the Dual Angle, such as 4x4 is equal to what Dual Angle?
