Pin in drillings
« on: June 06, 2008, 12:35:34 PM »
Hi Gang,

I purchase a symmetrical urethane ball for mom. She is a senior with slower speed, low revs and tracks very close to the thumb. Ball that I received was pin in 1.5 to 2.0"

I am looking for some suggestions on drilling this up. She bowls on a THS and naturally struggles with her reactive as the lane breaks down. I know this question regarding pin in drilling has probably been asked a million times, but I am looking and hoping for some knowledgeable readers to offer some advice.

Thanks for your help!

I would go with something close to a label leverage drilling with 1/2 side 1/2 finger. This should get the ball down the lane with some pop at the end. Good luck. =:^D
