I've seen that on ebay for a while.  I was tempted to buy that when I got my equipment, but I have a feeling you can find the information elsewhere for free......you can probably get most of the information by asking questions here!

The standard book is Fitting and Drilling a Bowling Ball by Bill Taylor.  It's not easy to find anymore.  If he's selling scans of Taylor, he's not exactly doing a legal thing (unless he is Bill Taylor).

The Bill Taylor book was available on Bowing This Month's website, but I don't see it there anymore.

I've got Bill Taylor's book, purchased from the BTM site, very interesting and informative read, certainly a good starting point, however, I think that much of the skill in drilling and fitting a ball comes from hands on experience (which I am working on getting)
